Nexovo is a digital studio offering web development, mobile app development, AI agent development, and automation services, and also sells downloadable digital scripts and tools ("Digital Products") through this site.
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing for custom development work are agreed separately in writing (via email or a signed proposal) before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
Digital Products listed under our Scripts & Tools section are licensed for use by the purchaser and are not to be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed without our written consent. Access or download links are provided upon successful payment.
All payments on this site are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Prices are listed on the relevant service or product page and may be updated from time to time without notice to future purchases.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code and deliverables for custom client projects are transferred to the client upon full payment. Nexovo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Digital Craft Solutions and are licensed, not sold, to purchasers.
Services and Digital Products are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Craft Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or this website.
This site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g. our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
